Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the ConvoPilot widget on your website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. ConvoPilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided to help businesses manage customer scheduling and lead generation.

Billing & Usage-Based Pricing

ConvoPilot operates on a flat-rate subscription model. Unlimited leads and bookings are included in your plan. By using the service, you agree to the following pricing structure:

  • Monthly Plan$55.00 / month
  • Annual Plan$49.00 / month ($588 / year)
  • Lead Recovery & SMS Automation Engine$19.00 / month

Invoices are generated monthly (or annually for annual subscribers) via Stripe. Your flat subscription fee covers unlimited lead captures and bookings through your widget and booking page.

7-Day Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During this period, you will have full access to the platform at no charge. At the end of the trial, your flat-rate subscription begins automatically. No add-ons can be enabled during the trial period — they require an active paid subscription.

Mid-Cycle Add-Ons & Cancellations

Add-ons (such as the Lead Recovery & SMS Automation Engine) may be enabled or canceled at any point during an active paid subscription. Stripe handles all proration automatically.

Enabling an add-on mid-cycle

When you add an add-on partway through a billing period, Stripe immediately charges a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current period. The daily rate is calculated as the add-on's monthly price divided by 30 (e.g. $19/mo ÷ 30 = $0.633/day). If 18 days remain in the current monthly period, the immediate charge is approximately $11.40. On annual plans, the proration covers the full remaining days until the next annual renewal — for example, 325 days remaining yields approximately $205.83 ((325 × $19) ÷ 30). From that point forward, the add-on appears on every subsequent invoice at its full monthly price.

Canceling an add-on mid-cycle

When you cancel an add-on, access stops immediately and the add-on is removed from your Stripe subscription. Stripe issues a prorated credit for the unused days of the current billing period. This credit is applied to your next invoice — it is not issued as a cash refund. Your dedicated phone number enters a 30-day retention period before being permanently released. Forwarding and SMS features are disabled immediately on cancellation.

Canceling your base subscription

You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a paid period. Any active add-ons are automatically canceled and enter their 30-day number retention window when the base subscription expires.

Annual plan — add-on at renewal

On annual plans, add-on charges are prorated from the date of enablement to the annual renewal date. At renewal, the full annual equivalent of any active add-ons is included in the renewal invoice alongside the $588 base plan charge.

ConvoPilot is a technology provider, not a service contractor. We facilitate the booking of appointments between you (the Business) and your customers. We are not responsible for, and have no liability regarding:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of the physical services provided by your business.
  • Any disputes, damages, or injuries arising from home service appointments.
  • Calculations of service area or ZIP code restrictions (which are configured by the Business).

No Professional Services

ConvoPilot does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. You agree NOT to use ConvoPilot for the storage or transmission of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Termination & Grace Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. If a payment fails, your account will enter a 30-day grace period. After this period, the widget and booking pages will be automatically disabled until the balance is settled.
