Add Chat Widget on your website

Copy your embed code
First, grab your unique installation script from your ConvoPilot dashboard.

Choose your platform
Installation on Wix
Log in to your Wix dashboard.
Go to Settings > Custom Code in the advanced section.
Click + Add Custom Code at the top right.
Paste your ConvoPilot script into the text box.
Enter "ConvoPilot Widget" for the name.
Select Body - end for the placement.
Click Apply and publish your site.
Installation on WordPress
The easiest way to add the widget to WordPress is using a header/footer plugin.
Install the "WPCode" (Insert Headers and Footers) plugin.
In your WP admin, go to Code Snippets > Header & Footer.
Paste the ConvoPilot script into the Footer section.
Click Save Changes.
Clear your site cache (if applicable) to see the widget live.
Installation on Squarespace
Open your Squarespace Home Menu and click Settings.
Navigate to Advanced > Code Injection.
Paste the script into the Footer text area.
Click Save at the top left.
Having trouble?
Ensure the script is placed exactly before the closing </body> tag.
Wait about 30 seconds after saving for the cache to clear.
Open your website in an Incognito window to bypass local browser cache.
