Follow this 5-step checklist to get your business live and capturing bookings on ConvoPilot.

Business Profile
Set your business name, logo, location, and primary contact info. This builds the brand for your booking page.
- Upload a high-resolution logo (PNG or JPG).
- Select your industry to pre-load relevant service templates.
- Ensure your phone number is correct for automation and alerts.

Service Categories
Create the top-level categories of work you offer (e.g., Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical).
- Keep names short and recognizable.
- Assign descriptive icons from our built-in library.
- Group related services to keep the initial selection clean.

Guided Issue Builder
The heart of ConvoPilot. Create the drill-down questions that guide customers to the right solution.
- Add sub-items (e.g., "Leaky Faucet", "New Installation").
- Set specific actions: "Book Time", "Request Quote", or "Request Callback".
- Assign durations to "Book Time" items for accurate scheduling.

Availability & Rules
Tell us when you work. We handle the timezone math and concurrency logic.
- Set your working hours for each day of the week.
- Configure "Look Busy" percentage to maintain a high-demand appearance.
- Set concurrency (Max bookings) for overlapping slots.

Deploy & Go Live
Finally, put your booking engine to work on your website or social media.
- Install the Chat Widget on your website (Wix, WP, etc.).
- Copy your standalone link for Instagram/Facebook bios.
- Test the flow as a customer to ensure everything is perfect.
